Our laser hair removal treatments use the Venus Epileve, one of the most advanced diode laser systems available in Canada. This Health Canada-approved device delivers concentrated light energy directly into hair follicles, permanently reducing hair growth over a series of treatments.
Unlike older laser systems, the Venus Epileve features a built-in cooling mechanism that protects the skin surface while the laser targets the hair root beneath. This means a more comfortable experience with minimal downtime and outstanding results.

Before your session, you will need to shave the treatment area (we will guide you on timing). Avoid sun exposure, tanning, and waxing or plucking for at least 2 weeks prior. Arrive with clean skin, free of lotions, deodorant, or makeup on the treatment area.
During the session, the Venus Epileve handpiece glides over the treatment area, delivering precise pulses of laser energy. The built-in cooling system keeps your skin comfortable. Small areas take as little as 10 minutes; larger areas may take 45 to 60 minutes.
There is minimal downtime after treatment. You may experience mild redness or warmth similar to a mild sunburn, which typically subsides within a few hours. Avoid sun exposure, hot showers, and vigorous exercise for 24 to 48 hours. Apply SPF 30+ sunscreen to treated areas daily.
Hair grows in cycles, and the laser is most effective during the active growth phase. That is why most clients need 6 to 8 sessions, spaced 3 to 5 weeks apart, for optimal permanent reduction. We will monitor your progress and adjust as needed.
